COOK Jean (Heather) formerley of Norton, passed away peacefully on 13th April 2014 aged 84 years. She will be sadly missed by all family and friends. The funeral service will be held at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel on Friday 2nd May 2014 at 10.20am. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for either the Alzheimer's Society and Age Concern Stourbridge are being accepted by H. Porter & Sons Funeral Directors, 60 South Road, Stourbridge, West Midlands DY8 3UJ
