POTTS-PERKINS Geoff Of Wollaston Passed away suddenly on July 7th 2014 aged 79 years Beloved husband of Jean, much loved dad of Mandy, Jayne and the late Anthony. Devoted grandad of Shane, Kylie, Joe and Leah and father in law to Shaun and Stuart. He will be sadly missed Funeral service will take place at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel on Monday 21st July at 4.10pm Flowers, or donations if desired for either the British Heart Foundation or Diabetes UK will be accepted by H. Porter & Sons, Funeral Directors, Old Church House, 60 South Road, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY8 3UJ Bright colours if desired
