WHITELEY Hazel 24th April 1945 - 16th January 2016 Passed away peacefully at home with her family beside her after a short illness. Hazel will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. The Funeral Service will take place at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel on Monday 15th February at 12.20pm. Donations in lieu of flowers for Macmillan Cancer Support will be accepted by H. Porter & Sons, Funeral Directors, Old Church House, 60 South Road, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY8 3UJ.
