SMITH Rachel Of Stourbridge and formerly of Halesowen. Passed away peacefully after a short illness on 16th April 2016, aged 45 years. A much loved wife of Jonathan, a dearly loved daughter, daughter in law, sister, sister in law and auntie. She will be very sadly missed by all her family and many friends. The funeral service will take place at St. Mary's Church, Oldswinford on Wednesday 4th May 2016 at 1.15pm followed by private family committal at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel. Rachel's favourite colour was purple, for those that wish, she would really like it to be worn. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Russells Hall Hospital EAU and A2 wards are being accepted by H. Porter & Sons Funeral Directors, Old Church House, 60 South Road, Stourbridge, DY8 3UJ
