BATES John (Jack) Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on June 10th 2016 aged 93 years. A loving husband, dad, grandad and great grandad, he will be greatly missed by all. Funeral service to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel on Friday 24th June at 3.30pm.
