CHECKETTS Hazel Mary Of Farmcroft Road, Wollescote. Passed away peacefully on August 15th 2016, aged 80 years. Dearly loved and sadly missed by husband Harry, son Geoff, daughter-in-law Sue and all family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 24th August at Stourbridge Crematorium, at 12.20 pm. Donations in lieu of flowers for the British Heart Foundation. c/o J.
