SIMMONDS (Sambrookes) Rita Suddenly passed away on Wednesday 10th May 2017, aged 83 years. Will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium on Monday 5th June 2017 at 10.20am. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Wild Acre Rescue. All enquiries to A. J.
