HIGGS Frederick Of Wordsley Passed away peacefully at Russells Hall Hospital on May 17th 2017, aged 91 years. Dearly loved Husband, much loved Dad and Father-in-law, precious Grandad and Great Grandad who will be very sadly missed and fondly remembered by all Family and Friends. Funeral service to be held at Stourbridge Crematorium on Thursday June 1st at 2.10pm.
