BAKER Jen Passed away peacefully on 1st September 2017 aged 73 years. A much loved mom of Mark, and dearest sister of Margaret, Christine and Diane, she will be sadly missed by all who knew her. A very big thank you to all the staff, doctors, nurses and friends who have helped and supported both Jen and the family so much. The funeral service will take place at Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Church on Tuesday 19th September 2017 at 1.30pm followed by private family committal at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Mary Stevens Hospice are being accepted by H. Porter & Sons, Funeral Directors, Old Church House, 60 South Road, Stourbridge, DY8 3UJ.
