THOMAS Jack The family of the late Jack Thomas (formerly of Penywern, Wales) would like to thank everyone for their kindness and generosity, as £325 has been raised in memory of Jack for The Brambles Care Home, where from Dee and staff Jack received such wonderful care Special thanks too, to the outstanding Dr Daniel and the staff at The Limes Medical Centre for all their help for Jack in every way Jack is and always will be very much loved and missed
