SPENCER Martin Charles The family of the late Martin Spencer wish to extend our sincere thanks to relatives, dear friends and neighbours for the love , kindness and suppport we have received during this very sad time. Thank - you too for the beautiful flowers, cards, generous donations and to those who thoughtfully attended his funeral. We also send our gratitude and appreciation to staff at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, Russells Hall Hospital, Royal Orthapedic Hospital, The Reverend Karen Stanton and Lara Collins of Porter's Funeral Directors. Our beloved husband dad and grandad will be missed greatly every day but will live in our hearts forever. Warm Regards Ann, Natalie, Michelle, Rachel and Adam.
