Brierley and Hagley continued their recent improvement when they held unbeaten Bewdley Town to a goalless draw at home in the West Midlands Regional League Premier Division on Saturday.
Meanwhile former Lye Town chairman Roy Pearson has agreed to join B and H as general manager.
A club statement said: "Roy brings with him a wealth of knowledge about the non-league game.
"This should be looked upon as a major boost in our future plans and we all should look forward to working with him."
Brierley were due to travel to Bustleholme in the league on Wednesday before a trip on Saturday to Nottinghamshire outfit Sutton Town in the first round of the FA Vase.
Sutton are regrouping after folding in the late 1990s and currently play in the Northern Counties East Premier Division.
Also in the West Mids League, Lye Town were in seventh heaven when they picked up their fourth league win in a row away at hapless Ledbury Town on Saturday.
Their 7-0 victory was the biggest of the season and means they have now scored 19 goals in four games.
Town's next match is at home to Bromyard Town at Stourbridge Road on Wednesday.
In the Midland Football Combination Division Two, Enville produced their worst performance of the season with a 5-1 reverse at home to Coventry Sphinx Reserves.
After going two goals down, Jamie Rose's close range effort put the hosts back in it but that was the last time they troubled the visiting goalkeeper all match.
Manager Ian Hadlington fielded the same 11 that had comprehensively defeated Perrywood a week before but was left speechless by the change in his team's performance.
This weekend Enville entertain Worcester City A.
