Step out on LEAP walks

WRVS Stourbridge and Age Concern Dudley's LEAP Over 60 Project will be starting regular health walks this month.

Starting from The Carlisle Centre, Victoria Street, Stourbridge, on Thursday January 18 the 30-minute walks will be led by volunteers and will take in quiet side roads off the town centre.

Maggie Thompson at Age Concern Dudley LEAP Over 60 Project, said: "The walks will offer people the opportunity to chat, exercise and see parts of the town not usually visited."
