McCARTNEYS & Phipps & Pritchard have appointed Mary Stone-Belben as branch manager of their Cleobury Mortimer office.
Following her success at the Tenbury Wells branch, which was McCartneys Office of the Year for 2011, she is now also taking Cleobury under her wing.
Mary will carry out all the market appraisals for sale and rental properties.
Supported by Michelle Deane, Kate Collins and Debbie Knight, the Cleobury office will continue to offer the highest levels of customer service to its clients.
Mary said: “I am delighted to be taking over. Geographically it makes sense for me to be overseeing both offices and I look forward to working closely with the Cleobury team.”
Since the merger with Phipps & Pritchard in January, Cleobury has benefited from its links with its sister offices in Kidderminster and Stourport.
This means McCartneys properties are now marketed across a wider area and given the best possible exposure.
Chris Rees, partner in Phipps & Pritchard and regional head of the four offices of Kidderminster, Stourport, Tenbury Wells and Cleobury Mortimer, said: “Cleobury Mortimer is a key office for us, covering some of the most sought-after areas in our patch, and the addition of Mary to our team will allow us to expand the business further.”
