MEMBERS of The Community Housing Group (TCHG) and Wyre Forest District Council attended a special viewing of Wyre Forest Community Housing’s latest shared ownership development.

Keepers Lock in Kidderminster has been built in partnership with Bellway, one of the country’s largest developers, and fronts the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal.

Eight two-bedroom apartments are currently available to part-buy, part-rent within Austin Court, a four-floor building enjoying magnificent views over Puxton Marshes.

The official first viewing allowed invited guests the chance to see the new apartments and the exciting location on offer for new residents.

The show home has been stylishly furnished to enable prospective buyers the opportunity to view the facilities on offer.

Yvonne Leishman, WFCH managing director, said: “Keepers Lock will provide much-needed affordable homes for the local community, with the added benefit of a fantastic location”.

The show home at Austin Court, Clensmore Street, Kidderminster, is now open and is available to be viewed on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 1.30pm to 4.30pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10.30am to 4pm.
