Cheer yourself up with latest craze

Young fans of High School Musical' can try their hand at cheerleading this summer with classes at Haden Hill Leisure Centre in Cradley Heath.
Junior Cheerleading is on offer for eight to 16-year-olds from July 26 to September 27 between 11.30am and 12.30pm.
The sessions are available in a ten-week block costing £30, or £3 per session and are limited to 30 places on a first come, first served, basis.
Children will learn a choreographed routine which will change every ten weeks.
Senior gym instructor Michelle Jones said: "The first course we put on in May was extremely popular and due to that demand we decided to offer another block of sessions.
"It is a great way for kids to have fun whilst keeping active."
