Though easy to miss as traffic rushes by up and down the A461, the New Talbot is, on the inside, a very attractive pub with a beautiful Victorian/ Edwardian interior
There are several well cared for old-fashioned hearths and a range of good sized old solid wood tables and period chairs and two main sweeps of plush bench seats in the two main alcove windows.
The accommdation, which adjoins the pub, offers four comfortable rooms - two double and two single rooms - at reasonable rates and has become increasingly popular with visiting business people The freshly cooked food includes Lite Bites, Appetisers, Main Courses and House Favourites - something for every taste.
