THE Pet Shop Boys left fans ecstatic when they stopped off at Wolverhampton Civic Hall on their first UK tour in five years.
After exciting gig-goers and earning rave reviews in north America at the end of last year, legendary electro-pop duo Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe were on absolutely top form at the packed out Civic as they ploughed through two decades of chart hits.
Featuring spectacular staging and special effects and a team of vivacious backing singers and extras, the show proved a musical and multi-media extravaganza - and at the grand age of 52, Tennant had lost none of his style, sophistication and crisp trademark vocals.
Fans danced around blissfully as the pair blasted out their defining 80s and 90s anthems including West End Girls, Where The Streets Have No Name and It's A Sin to name but a few - before finally bowing out with favourite Go West.
One thing's for sure - they were never being boring'.
