Ben Affleck has sparked speculation he could be appearing in Suicide Squad, after he was spotted on set.
The Oscar-winning filmmaker, who will play Batman in Zack Snyder’s Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice, is tipped to reprise the superhero role for David Ayer’s movie after he was photographed on the Toronto set.
Production crew went to great lengths to protect Ben’s identity, with the star draped in a black sheet, with some claiming to see the outline of his Batman outfit.
Will Smith, Jared Leto, Cara Delevingne and Margot Robbie will star in Suicide Squad, which focuses on the DC Comics villains.
Bad Boys star Will, who has shaved off his hair to play Deadshot/Floyd Lawton, was seen filming a scene where his character is doing some shopping.
Details around the movie are being kept under wraps, although the director has teased some information on Twitter.
Suicide Squad, which will also star Joel Kinnaman, Viola Davis and Jai Courtney, will be released in August 2016.
