"LAUGH-out-loud" entertainment is promised at a night of entertainment at Halesowen's Long Lane Library.
Two funny poets will stage the evening of comedy verse - billed as being for "people in need of a bit of a pick-me-up" - on September 24, with doors opening at 6.30pm for the show to start at 7pm.
Fergus McGonigal, who was Worcestershire Poet Laureate in 2014 and is described as "an all-round magenta-haired buffoon, will be on stage.
Also appearing will be Jonny Fluffypunk, a "stand-up poet, sit-up storyteller and give-up musician as well as being a multiple poetry slam champion and an outspoken voice for anarchy, peace and bicycles".
The event has been organised by Dudley Libraries and Poetry on Loan and tickets will cost £3.
