DUDLEY Little Theatre is getting set to stage poignant drama Of Mice and Men next month.
Based on Nobel Prize winning author John Steinbeck's 1937 novella - the play tells the tragic story of George Milton (Pete Harris) and Lennie Small (Mark Wilcox), two displaced Anglo migrant ranch workers in California during the Great Depression.
Being staged at Netherton Arts Centre, Northfield Road, from Wednesday March 5 to Saturday March 8 - it also features support from DLT regulars Dave Hutchins, Frank Martino, John Lucock and Maurice Felton - plus talented society newcomer, King Edward VI College student Linden Walcott-Burton - who performed with the Birmingham Royal Ballet as part of Channel 4's Ballet Hoo project.
Liane Purnell also stars.
Tickets cost £6 (£5 concessions) and are available on 01384 812812, Books Unlimited in Lower High Street, Stourbridge, and from Chris Ridgeway on 01384 872583.
They are also on sale at Flavells Butchers, Allans and The Yew Tree pub in Netherton and The Junction, Lower Gornal.
