Cops hunt Wordsley crooks after Land Rover taken from pub
9:00am Thursday 6th December 2012 in News
COPS are hunting thieves who got away from a Wordsley pub with a distinctive off-road Land Rover.
The vehicle was taken from the car park of The Cat pub in Lawnswood Road, overnight between Saturday 24 November and Sunday 25 November.
Pc Shaun Lyle, from the Dudley South Neighbourhood Team, said: "This is a distinctive vehicle that had been modified for off-road use and we believe it may have been stolen to order.
"The Land Rover is worth around £5,000 and we want to hear from anyone who recognises it from the images or anyone with information about it."
Anyone with information should call police on 101 or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
