Brendon Burns to appear at Stourbridge's Comedy Hut

STOURBRIDGE’S Comedy Hut will be kicking off the New Year with one of the biggest alternative comics in the world next week.

Brendon Burns will be at putting in an appearance at the next event at the Mitre pub in Lower High Street, Stourbridge, on Wednesday January 9.

The controversial Australian comedian started his career with the Channel 4 spontaneous comedy show The 11 O' Clock Show with Sacha Baron Cohen and Ricky Gervais.

He famously walked out of hosting I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here after just three shows, played a live prank on Huw Edwards on BBC News and won the top comedy prize at the Edinburgh Festival in 2007.
