New Pilates studio opens in Stourbridge

FITNESS instructors Becky Thijm and Peggy Paterson have joined forces to open a new dedicated Pilates studio in Amblecote.
Stourbridge Pilates Rooms based at York House, Amblecote High Street (above Kidderminster Carpets), will be holding an open day tomorrow (Saturday January 5) from 11.30am to 3pm.
Former medical secretary Becky took up Pilates while training as a personal trainer while Peggy ditched her job in publishing in London to become a teacher of Pilates - which aims to boost the body’s flexibility and muscle strength.
