LOTTERY cash is helping pay for a permanent record of Wall Heath and Kingswinford men killed in both world wars.
The £13,200 project by the Wall Heath and Kingswinford War Memorial Research Group is planned for completion in 2014, in time for the 100th anniversary of the start of the first world war.
The Heritage Lottery Fund cash will pay for a book of remembrance and website, plus displays in the community, which will honour service personnel from the area who were killed during the global conflicts.
The group is appealing for people who have information which could contribute to the project to get in touch via email at wallheathkford@hotmail.co.uk or by ringing 07739572121.
