Open day to showcase Age Concern activities

AGE UK Dudley will be showcasing activities available to the over 50s at an open day next month.
Springboard to health and wellbeing project, which is supported by the Big Lottery, will be hosting the event on Monday February 4 at Brierley Hill Methodist Church in Bank Street and will be offering activities regularly run by the charity.
From 9.30am until 4.30pm members of the public are welcome to drop by and enjoy a manicure, or take part in table tennis, indoor bowls and pool.
Other activities will include knitting and crochet, an exercise class and half price line dancing, zumba and ballroom dancing sessions. Free food will also be provided throughout the day by Wiltshire Farm Foods.
