Quarry Bank to host free Chinese New Year party for families

FAMILIES in Quarry Bank are invited to celebrate the Chinese New Year at a free party at the community centre this weekend.

The event, featuring games, refreshments and activities for children, will be held at Quarry Bank Community Centre in Sheffield Street from 2pm to 5pm on Sunday February 3.

Residents are also invited to check out finalised plans to extend and improve the community centre.
