As previous mentions to you Derrick Skate parks have been something that some parks have been introducing which are basically metal ramps etc and these are unsupervised eg of parks thorns, kinver by cricket club. There are alot of kids around the wordsley area with bmxs, skateboards and scooters which would benefit from such a thing and personally shelters which you mentioned are the big thing instead to be purchased would be a waste of money thats more of an attraction to get teenagers to gather and drink over the park. Which you would need supervision then!
These are things that the youth today would more likely benefit than shelters etc being placed around the park. Im sure also funding could also be encouraged by local companies.
So instead of you all think what you want why dont you listen to the public finally!!!
