YOUNGSTERS from schools across Stourbridge joined together for an all-singing all-performing service at St James’s Church in Wollaston.
Around 200 children from 11 schools across the town attended the unity service - organised to bring young people from faith and non-faith schools together.
Youngsters performed songs, played piano, acted out drama excerpts and were treated to the magical talents of conjurer Tony Maidment at the event on Friday February 8.
Sally Sixsmith, headteacher at St James’s Primary School in Wollaston - which organised the event, said: “It’s been running for years but there were only a few schools involved. This time it was opened up to all Stourbridge schools to come and perform and sing.
“It was all about getting schools working together.”
