Aspiring teen beauty queen seeks votes

AN aspiring Black Country teen queen is vying for votes in an online beauty pageant.

Georgia Hodson, a pupil at The Kingswinford School, has made it through to the semi-final of the Miss Teen Queen UK competition.

The 14-year-old Katherine Jenkins lookalike from Sedgley is now asking people across the borough to vote for her online to help her make it through to the London final.

Georgia’s proud dad Neil Hodson said: “George is really excited about getting so far in the competition, to see her face if she was to get through to the final would be priceless.
