Norwood over 50s can stretch their troubles away at weekly yoga sessions.

The yoga takes place on Mondays from September 3, at UNACC Methodist Church Hall in Coopers Yard.

Wear loose clothing and bring a large towel and blanket , costs £2 for members, £3 for non-members.
