BOOKWORMS will have a chance to have a word with people with the w-right stuff during Big Book Fortnight.
The event runs from May 11 to 25 when Black Country authors will be visiting libraries across Dudley borough.
The events kick off with acclaimed Greek detective author Anne Zouroudi, who will be speaking about her books in a free talk at Cradley Library on Monday May 13 at 10.30am.
On Thursday May 16, Wordsley author AG Smith, best known for his Harvester of the Now trilogy, will be performing a reading at Wordsley Library at 7.15pm. Tickets to this event are just £3 and should be booked at the library.
On Tuesday May 21 garden historian and author Katherine Swift, who was gardening columnist for The Times for many years, will be talking about her gardening career and her books The Morville Hours and The Morville Year at Dudley Library. Tickets to this event are just £3 and should be booked at the library.
On Thursday May 23 at Dudley Library internationally renowned photographer Brian Griffin will be talking about his work and his new book The Black Kingdom. This is a free event but people are advised to contact the library to secure their place.
