A STOURBRIDGE musician who has worked with the likes of Stevie Wonder and Paul McCartney will perform at Worcester’s Huntingdon Hall on Saturday (August 17) with her band Ranagri.
Since flutist Eliza Marshall, aged 33, graduated from the Royal Academy of Music, London, she has worked with some of the music industry’s biggest names, performed in West End productions and spent three years on tour with Peter Gabriel.
The former King Edward VI College student joined forces with freelance musicians Donal Rogers (singer), Tad Sargent (bodhran) and Jean Kelly (electric harp) to form the folk band 18 months ago.
They will be performing original songs as part of the Worcester Festival from 8pm.
Miss Marshall said: “It’s great to come home and perform to the nice people in the Midlands.”
Tickets cost £14 and can be booked by calling 01905 611427.
