12:00pm Wednesday 9th October 2013 in News
CASH-strapped borough parents can bag a bargain at a nearly new sale and baby fair in Quarry Bank.
The event, organised by the Stourbridge and Halesowen branch of the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) will take place on Saturday October 19 at Thorns Leisure Centre, Stockwell Avenue.
For an entrance fee of £1.50, visitors can rummage through the affordable baby clothes, toys and equipment that will be on sale between 11am and 1pm.
The event allows families to sell baby goods they no longer need and keep up to 75% of the proceeds, with the remainder being donated to the NCT.
The baby fair, which will run at the same time as the sale, will offer a variety of entertainment, crafts and refreshments for parents, babies and children.
