The following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between December 16-19:

Jamil Ahmed Hart, aged 18, of Chestnut Avenue, Dudley, was fined £50 for stealing a PS3 control pad, worth £21, from Tesco Extra, Dudley, on October 24. He was ordered to pay compensation of £21, a victim surcharge of £20 and £40 court costs.

Kelvin Cartwright, aged 40, of King Street, Lye, was given a 12 month community order for producing 13 cannabis plants in Dudley on November 7. He must carry out 150 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Craig William Marsh, aged 27, of Turners Grove, Lower Gornal, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a male in Gornal on June 9. He was ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £500 court costs.

Daniel William Addenbrook, aged 27, of Talbot Street, Lye, was given a six week community order for stealing perfume, worth £178.20, from Debenhams, Merry Hill, on November 26. He was also given a six week curfew and must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am for the duration. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Sarah Louise Bishop, aged 23, of Hamilton Drive, Wordsley, was fined £110 for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence, in Wolverhampton on November 29. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Jason Stephen Bailey, aged 33, of Hedgefield Grove, Halesowen, was discharged conditionally for six months for stealing a satellite navigation system, worth £100, in Halesowen between November 10 and 13. He was ordered to pay compensation of £105, a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Joshua Joseph Carra, aged 23, of Stennels Avenue, Halesowen, was given a four week community order for stealing lead, worth £700, from Greenhill Youth Centre, Halesowen on November 2. He was given a four week curfew and for the duration, he must stay at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He was ordered to pay compensation of £250, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Christopher William Payne, aged 20, of New England, Halesowen, was given a four week community order for stealing lead, from Greenhill Youth Centre, Halesowen on November 2. He was given a four week curfew and for the duration, he must stay at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He was ordered to pay compensation of £250, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Paula Timms, aged 49, of Ash Crescent, Kingswinford, was fined £75 for assaulting a police officer in Brierley Hill on November 29. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Martin John Bill, aged 39, of Cole Street, Netherton, was sent to prison for 20 weeks, suspended for 12 months for stealing meat and chocolate, worth £60.76, from Co-op, Stourbridge and Poundland stores in Dudley and Stourbridge between November 9 and 21. He was ordered to pay compensation of £45, a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Craig James Cotter, aged 47, of High Street, Pensnett, was given a two year community order for causing £200 worth of damage to a window in Pensnett on November 25. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Andrew William Povey, aged 28, of Stambermill House, Stourbridge, was given a 12 month community order for stealing goods worth £149.95, from Home Bargains and Poundland stores in Stourbridge between October 10 and November 6. He was ordered to pay compensation of £79.97, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Sebastian Mirga, aged 30, of Grainger Street, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for possessing cannabis in Oldswinford on September 27. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Lewis Oliver Douglas, aged 18, of Greenhill Road, Halesowen, was fined £145 for stealing four cans of spray paint, worth £29.92, from B&Q, Halesowen on December 14, while subject to a conditional discharge. He was ordered to pay compensation of £15, a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Umear Hussain, aged 19, of Bedcote Place, Stourbridge, was fined £110 for driving without insurance in Dudley on March 23. He was given six penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £200 court costs.
