The following appeared before Dudley Magistrates Court between December 20-23:

Hardev Singh Johal, aged 39, of Severn Road, Cradley, was fined £275 for drink driving in Dudley on December 14. When tested he had 178mlgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mlgs. He was disqualified from driving for three years and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Anthony Harold Round, aged 52, of Bath Street, Sedgley, was fined £620 for drink driving in Dudley on December 2. When tested, he had 83mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £62 and £85 court costs.

Frank Stephen Taylor, aged 60, of Beacon Rise, Sedgley, was discharged conditionally for six months for obstructing a police officer in the execution of her duty in Sedgley on September 6. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Darren Young, aged 25, of Belmont Road, Pensnett, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for causing £300 worth of damage to windows and a door of a property in Brierley Hill on November 23. He was ordered to pay compensation of £175, a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Gavin Sean Finch, aged 40, of Caslon Crescent, Norton, was fined £50 for possessing cannabis in Brierley Hill on December 21. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Roy Ian Grashion, aged 54, of Thornhill Road, Halesowen, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months for assaulting two men in Halesowen on September 21. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80.

David Paul Beighton, aged 52, of Ox Street, Upper Gornal, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months for drink driving in Brierley Hill on November 8. When tested he had 121mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was also sentenced for driving without due care and attention. Beighton was disqualified from driving for 30 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Marlon Brant Bills, aged 42, of Andrew Road, Halesowen, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Halesowen on September 4. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Jason Thomas Jones, aged 42, of Vicarage Road, Lye, was sent to prison for 18 weeks, suspended for 12 months for entering a building bin Stourbridge as a trespasser with intent to steal between November 27 and 29. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.
