AGE UK Dudley is offering free taster sessions for those wanting to try its activity sessions to banish the winter blues.
The charity's Daybreak Centre, based in Bromley, is open to the borough's older residents who live at home and want to get more out of later life.
There are a range of stimulating activities on offer at the centre, with afternoon outings for the more adventurous.
Throughout February, the charity will offer free taster sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays for new clients between 10am and 3pm.
Free refreshments, including a three course lunch will be provided.
Spaces are limited and pre-booking is essential.
