DUDLEY Council is reminding people to take up a last opportunity to have their say on the future of adult social care.
The council has been asking people for their views on how its adult social care service is proposing to tackle financial challenges.
People have been invited to complete an online questionnaire and a number of forum-style events have been held across the borough – with the last one due to take place at St Thomas Church Hall, Market Street, Stourbridge, tomorrow (Thursday January 23) from 2pm to 5pm.
Councillor Dave Branwood, Dudley’s cabinet member for adult and community services, said: "Pressures on adult social care budgets are enormous and as a community council it's important that we not only communicate our plans, but also listen to people's views about which services they value most. I would urge local residents to come along and have their say.”
Anyone wishing to attend the event is asked to confirm their place by calling 01384 815130.
People also have until Friday January 31 to complete the online questionnaire at www.dudley.gov.uk/ascviews
