A BRIERLEY Hill man who carried out a sex attack on a schoolgirl traveling on a bus has been locked up for six months.
Judge Michael Challinor told Dato Djikiya at Wolverhampton Crown Court it was accepted he was "not a dangerous sex offender."
But he said it was clear the 43-year-old of Lower Derry Street - a man of previous good character - had acted inappropriately towards his frightened victim.
Djikiya admitted sexual assault on a female and he was further told by the judge he must register as a sex offender for the next seven years.
