TRIBUTE band Fred Zeppelin will be performing in Stourbridge next Friday (February 28).

The group, which was started due to admiration and a whole lotta love for Led Zeppelin’s music will be playing at The River Rooms, Millrace Lane.

During the decades they have had the honour of Led Zeppelin frontman Robert Plant attending three of their gigs, and they have even performed with John Bonham’s son Jason.

They were also voted one of the 10 best live bands to see in a Kerrang poll, and were the only tribute band listed in any category.

Despite a line-up change, the band will continue with their tradition of honouring the music of Led Zeppelin, without dressing up.

Tickets cost £8 and are available from www.theriverrooms.com.
