BUDDING entrepreneurs can get hi-tech help with new businesses with a free online resource from Dudley Libraries.
The Complete Business Reference Advisor (COBRA) is on the libraries website and, once logged on, people will be able to access more than 600 start up guides.
They will be able to see information about courses, qualifications and training providers, guides to finance schemes and business subsidies and details of regulations and local trading licences governing small businesses.
To access the service people will need to input their library ticket number and PIN number.
People can use COBRA at home or at any of the borough’s libraries and through one of our public access computers. To access COBRA or find out more about library services and activities go to www.dudley.gov.uk/libraries
