FIREFIGHTERS have been in action this afternoon (Sunday) battling a blaze in Oldbury.
The incident began at around 2pm at a factory unit on Portway Road.
Five crews from West Midlands Fire Service were dispatched to the scene, reported to be in a premises used for car repairs.
Eight fire officers in breathing apparatus were deployed at the scene.
Portway Road between Churchbridge and Shidas Lane was closed while crews tackled the blaze.
