A GROUP based in Pensnett is getting set for a bostin' day of free family fun to celebrate the Black Country Festival.
Corbyns Bromley Tenants and Residents Association (TRA) is hosting the event place Dell Stadium, Bryce Road, between 1pm and 5pm on Sunday July 13.
More than 50 stalls plus games and entertainment will be at the event to celebrate Black Country Day.
The show will feature bouncy castles, inflatable sumo suits, a magician, a mini zoo, a soft play area and a live music tent, arranged by musician Zynia G.
In addition, funfair rides, further activities and food will be provided by local charities, community groups and small businesses.
Michelle Morgan, secretary of Corbyns Bromley TRA, said: “This is the first event of this size that we’ve organised. Whether we do it again depends on the success of this one.”
Cllr Pete Lowe, deputy leader of Dudley Council, said: “The Corbyns Bromley TRA is putting together a fantastic fun day. Not only are the team providing stalls, music and fun activities for all of the family, but they are providing most of it free of charge for everyone who comes along.”
