CALVARY pre-school in Kingswinford can look forward to their own tree house and garden plot - thanks to the ill-gotten gains of local criminals.
The pre-school which is situated in Stallings Lane has been handed a £600 cash boost thanks to money obtained through the Police Property Fund Act.
The cash has been created for local community initiatives through the sale of property seized as part of police investigations and will be used to pay for equipment and supplies to build a tree house,
Children will also be able to plant their own fruit and vegetables as part of their garden project.
