PARENTS in Amblecote are invited to get into the swing of things and try a new dance class.
Mums and dads taking part in Swing Sling will have a gentle boogie while their babies and toddlers are strapped to them in soft structured slings, baby carriers or wraps.
Mother-of-two, Nicki Rayner, who is instructing a weekly class at Holy Trinity church hall, Vicarage Road, said the sessions were a fun way to introducing music, movement and rhythm to little ones.
The 38-year-old added: "Parents also get to spend quality time bonding with their babies as they are holding them close in a sling. They also have fun, the babies have fun and it is a bit of exercise."
Classes are held from 10am to 11am on Thursdays.
The first class is free.
