The following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between June 9 and 13:

Joby Shane Coyle, aged 19, of Merryfield Road, Russells Hall, was discharged conditionally for six months for failing to stop the vehicle he was driving in Dudley, on May 10, when required to so by an officer in uniform. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Christopher Snade, aged 27, of Bunns Lane, Kates Hill, was fined £250 for drink driving in Dudley on April 12. When tested, he had 140mgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mgs. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £25 and £85 court costs.

Lesley Talbot, aged 41, of Trinity Street, Brierley Hill, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing clothing, worth £107.94, from New Look, Brierley Hill, on May 26. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

David Stanley Cherry, aged 51, of Harden Vale, Belle Vale, was given a three year community order for masturbating towards four females in Halesowen and causing £200 worth of damage to a National Express bus in Warley on March 25. He was ordered to pay compensation of £280, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Rachel Louise Bowen, aged 31, of Dibdale Court, Lower Gornal, was sent to prison for 39 weeks for stealing goods from various supermarkets in Dudley between February 15 and May 8, whilst on bail and failing to surrender to Dudley Magistrates Court on April 11 and May 6.

Wayne David Hanson, aged 35, of King Street, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Halesowen on April 23. He was ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work, pay compensation of £75, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Domanic Francis Cooke, aged 18, of Hamilton Avenue, Halesowen, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, for assaulting a woman and causing £300 worth of damage to an iPhone 4, in Halesowen, on February 22. He was ordered to pay compensation of £300, a victim surcharge of £80 and £40 court costs.

Jason Andrew Potter, aged 25, of Bramble Road, Stourbridge, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, for making two telephone calls that conveyed a threat, for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient, in Brierley Hill, on January 12. He was ordered to pay compensation of £80, a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Amy Louise Sutton, aged 28, of Duncan Edwards Close, Dudley, was sent to prison for 20 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for possessing cannabis in Dudley on April 12, stealing a bank card in Dudley between April 3 and 4, dishonestly making a false representation by using a bank card to withdraw money, in Dudley on April 3 and 4. She was also sentenced for stealing Lynx deodorants, worth £28.90, from Wilkinsons, Dudley, on March 28. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Mark Winton, aged 25, of Newlands Close, Hagley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for damaging a glass pane in Halesowen on March 6. He was ordered to pay compensation of £46, a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Stephen George Eagle, aged 69, of Willetts Drive, Colley Gate, was fined £300 for using threatening, abusive or insulting words with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Halesowen on August 25. The offence was racially aggravated. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £450 court costs.

Ian Donovan Taylor, aged 36, of Racemeadow Crescent, Netherton, was sent to prison for 14 weeks for stealing two Yankee Candles from Hallmark, Stourbridge, on March 24 and 25 and stealing Captain Morgan rum, worth £13.99, from Spar, Wordsley, on May 4.
