Merry Hill wins top customer service award

MERRY Hill has been awarded one of the highest accolades for customer service.
The Brierley Hill shopping centre received the ServiceMark from the Institute of Customer Service after hundreds of people filled out surveys and talked to visiting assessors about their shopping experiences.
Kelly Reed, the centre's senior marketing manager said: “We loved hearing what our customers had to say about their visits to the centre, and we heard some really inspiring ideas about how to continue improving the service we give to our shoppers."
She continued: "We’d like to say a big thank you to all of our shoppers and staff who made this possible.
"We want to make sure that every single visit brings a smile to people’s faces, and over the next few months our shoppers can look forward to lots of fantastic events happening at the centre. It’s shaping up to be a great summe.”
