The following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between July 7-11:

Steven Anthony Robinson, aged 43, of Bramble Green, Upper Gornal, was fined £335 for drink driving in Dudley on June 20. When tested, he had 49mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for three years and must pay a victim surcharge of £33 and £85 court costs.

Jai Elizabeth Darby, aged 18, of Swan Street, Stourbridge, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for assaulting a woman in Stourbridge on March 21. She must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Jackson McKenzie Collins, aged 20, of Osprey Drive, Russells Hall, was fined £150 for dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of a stolen mountain bike, worth £600, in Dudley on April 29. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £100 court costs.

James Shaun Richards, aged 26, of Hellier Street, Dudley, was sent to prison for four weeks, suspended for six months, for stealing a purse containing £80 cash, in Wilkinsons, Dudley, on May 27. He must pay compensation of £80, a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Jason Lee Crowe, aged 24, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, was given a six month community order for assaulting a man in Dudley on June 22. He was given a six month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 7am. He must pay compensation of £75 and a victim surcharge of £60.

Lee Thomas, aged 24, of Cochrane Road, Holly Hall, was fined £250 for drink driving in Brierley Hill on May 17. When tested, he had 60mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Laura Duckhouse, aged 33, of Cot Lane, Kingswinford, was given a two week community order for stealing three bottles of wine, worth £15, from Sainsbury’s Local, Stourbridge, on June 4. She was given a 14 day curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 8pm and 7am. She must pay compensation of £15, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Debbie Homer, aged 26, of Causeway, Blackheath, was fined £65 for being drunk and disorderly in Stourbridge on June 8. She must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Sam Hassan Shaw, aged 25, of Bradley Street, Pensnett, was given a 12 month community order for stealing 10 mascaras, worth £79.99, from Superdrug, Dudley, on May 29. She must pay a victim surcharge of £60.

Shaun Liam Philpotts, aged 27, of Trefoil Gardens, Stourbridge, was sent to prison for 16 weeks for driving without insurance, whilst disqualified and subject to a community order, in Dudley, on June 13. He was disqualified from driving for two years.

Luke Hughes-Roberts, aged 22, of Abbey Road, Colley Gate, was sent to prison for 40 weeks, suspended for 18 months, for stealing sunglasses from a car in Cradley on March 20, interfering with two cars in Halesowen on March 21, and stealing two boxes of false nails, worth £17, from Boots, Halesowen, on July 9. He must pay compensation of £105.

Stuart John Woodhall, aged 28, of Blaenwern Drive, Halesowen, was given a nine month community order for assaulting a woman in Stourbridge on May 18. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Samantha Joanne Green, aged 27, of Chapel Street, Lye, was given a three month community order for stealing meat, worth £28, from Co-op, Stourbridge, on April 5, stealing meat, worth £50, from Waitrose, Stourbridge on May 14 and meat, worth £106.90, from Londis, Lye, on May 5. She was given a two month curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 8pm and 4am. She must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Martin Russon, aged 38, of Norton Crescent, Netherton, was given an 18 month community order for assaulting two women in Dudley on June 21 and assaulting a woman in Dudley on June 22. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Kirsty Louise Hackett, aged 25, of Poplar Green, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for six months for assaulting a woman in Dudley on February 7. She must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £500 court costs.

Lynne Hackett, aged 47, of Poplar Green, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for six months for assaulting a woman in Dudley on February 7. She must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £500 court costs.

Jack Pearlman, aged 22, of Bromsgrove Road, Clent, was fined £95 for drink driving in Halesowen on May 5. When tested he had 84mgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mgs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Stuart David McFarlane, aged 27, of Moss Vale Close, Old Hill, was sent to prison for six months, suspended for two years, for drink driving in Netherton on April 2. When tested, he had 254mgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mgs. He was disqualified from driving for 40 months, ordered to carry out 240 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.
