STOURBRIDGE charity the Thomas Pocklington Trust is holding another One-Stop shop event following the success of last year's.
The charity, which helps to improve the quality of life for people with sight loss, will hold the event on Thursday October 14 at Brierley Hill Civic Hall to give people chance to find out more about services available for the visually impaired.
Pat Hill, a carers' support worker for the Trust which is based at the Mary Stevens Centre off Hagley Road, Oldswinford, said: "We're hoping to attract even more people this time."
Already a number of companies have pledged to be present on the day including Centro, The Royal National College for the Blind, Blind Veterans, The Guide Dogs Association and the Macular Society - and the Trust will be promoting its own home visiting services for people with sight loss.
