The following appeared before Dudley Magistrates Court between September 22 and 26:

Hannah Samantha Jamie, aged 24, of George Road, Halesowen, was discharged conditionally for nine months, for stealing alcohol, worth £72.67, from Aldi, Wollaston, on August 23. She must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Timothy Lee Brownhill, aged 39, of Standhills Road, Kingswinford, was given a three year community order for harassing a woman in Kingswinford between June 1, 2013 and June 1, 2014 and intentionally exposing his genitals in Kingswinford on May 30. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £600 court costs.

Curtis Smith, aged 28, of Sutton Street, Stourbridge, was fined £110 for drink driving in Brierley Hill on September 3. When tested, he had 55mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for three years and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

David Andrew Jones, aged 34, of Osprey Drive, Russells Hall, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing meat and cheese, worth £75, from Sainsbury’s, Pensnett, on September 13 and stealing alcohol, worth £374, from Sainsbury’s, Brierley Hill, on July 20. He must pay compensation of £197.50, and a victim surcharge of £80.

Simon Matthew Gordon, aged 27, of Fenton Street, Brierley Hill, was fined £165 for drink driving in Brierley Hill on August 24. When tested, he had 74mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for three years and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Sean David Greening, aged 25, of Kings Street, Dudley, was given a six week community order for stealing washing detergent from 99p Store, Dudley, and causing £120 worth of damage to a cell door at Brierley Hill police station on September 23, while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a six week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 6am. He must pay compensation of £120, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

James Nathan Baggott, aged 29, of Central Drive, Gornal, was given a 12 month community order for harassing a woman in Brierley Hill between August 17 and 19, while subject to a conditional discharge. He must complete 100 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Ian Anthony Dudley, aged 31, of Petford Street, Cradley Heath, was given a six month community order for possessing amphetamine in Brierley Hill on August 30. He was given a two week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 8am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £42 court costs.

Daryl Neil Pickett, aged 34, of Lakeside, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for making a threat to kill in Stourbridge on June 13. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Lynn Webley, aged 44, of Moncrieffe Close, Dudley, was sent to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months for drink driving in Lower Gornal on July 3. When tested, she had 185mgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mgs. She was disqualified from driving for 40 months. She was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 8pm and 8am. She must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.
